What we collect
When you call us, we record the information you give us in order to respond: your name, phone number, the address of the property, and a description of the situation. When you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you complete. We do not collect more than we need to do the work.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, dispatch a crew, prepare estimates, and communicate with your insurance carrier where you have asked us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than parties necessary to complete the work you have engaged us for.
Confidentiality
The nature of our work means we frequently hold sensitive information about a death, a crime, or a person's health and living circumstances. We treat all of it as confidential. Our technicians do not discuss jobs outside the company, and we do not publish photographs or identifying details of any property we have worked on.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they collect standard anonymised traffic data such as pages viewed and general geographic region. They do not capture the content of your calls or messages. You can block these with any standard browser privacy setting.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it for insurance, regulatory, or medical waste manifest purposes. Contact us at the email address in the footer.
Retention
Job documentation, clearance testing results, and waste manifests are retained as required by regulation and for insurance purposes. General enquiry records are kept only as long as needed.
